日本美術院院友・當川伸一氏の初の個展です。
日本美術院特待・松岡政信先生に師事され、現在は松岡先生の片腕として関西は元より岡山・高松などでも御活躍中です。
今回の個展は出品数約２６点。
伝統的な日本画の技法に溌剌とした色と花による多彩な展開が印象的でした。
画廊が若干狭く感じられた点が残念でしたが、小品の「生活を飾る」という重要な側面に応えるものでもありました。

It is the first exhibition of member at Japanese art academy Shinichi.Toukawa..
He is studying under Mr. Masanobu Matsuoka who is a famous artist in Japan.
It is taking an active part as Mr. Matsuoka's most important apprentice
also in Okayama and Takamatsu, etc. besides Kansai now.
This exhibition had 26 pictures.
A color made and variegated development were impressive
in the technique of a traditional Japanese picture.
Any work felt the throb feeling bright though the point
that some art galleries were felt narrow was regrettable.
They were the one that it answers an important side "Life is decorated" of the short piece.
